Meet the Team

  • President

    David Jsa, co-owner of D and D since its inception, became president in 2018. Drawing on his construction management education and his technological expertise, David grew D and D to $1mm in revenue in his first year of leadership by building vibrant relationships with owners, subcontractors and vendors and developing high-efficiency internal business processes and systems.

    David thoroughly enjoys the rewarding and challenging work of providing and caring for spaces big and small, and looks forward to seeing better spaces for all people through the power of strong relationships, strong community, and innovative problem solving.

  • Jim is a results-driven Operations Executive with a strong record of exceeding profitability goals, revitalizing underperforming units, and driving sustained revenue growth. He is passionate about empowering others to live more fulfilling lives through collaboration and shared purpose. Known for fostering trust-based relationships, Jim values openness, teamwork, and leveraging collective strengths for greater impact.

    Originally from Massapequa, NY, and now based in Louisville since 1991, Jim is a proud father of four and grandfather to three. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family, cheering on New York sports teams, and finding inspiration in faith, the outdoors, and good food.

  • Assistant Property Manager

    David began working for D&D in the summer of 2021. He enjoys hard work, learning, communication, and fostering relationships with tenants and contractors. He is currently a student at the University of Louisville pursuing a degree in Business Administration.

  • Celeste joined D&D in 2023 and loves her role as an Office Administrator, where she keeps things organized and supports positive experiences for tenants. Currently studying nursing, she brings a growth mindset, professionalism, and a passion for caring for others.
