D and D was founded in 1996 in by Stanley Jsa, a successful general contractor and Taiwanese immigrant. The company provided office and industrial space to Louisville businesses under his leadership until 2018, when his son David took full ownership.
While growing our operations and our portfolio, we’ve stayed true to Stan’s vision to deliver “the best they’ve ever had.” In 2019, D and D opened our contracting division, furthering the legacy of Stan’s construction career. At the same time, our real estate operation has grown to provide full-service property management across multiple asset classes.
Our team consists of a diverse set of ambitious, skilled, and innovative professionals. We’re united by our drive to do the one thing that will build our legacy for generations: treating our counterparts the way we’d want to be treated.

Hi I’m David, and I appreciate you reading this!
I’ve gone some unexpected places in my career, from civil engineering to lean tech startups to theology and finally to real estate and construction. My journey has gifted me a comprehensive toolkit to serve your needs, even amid today’s rapidly changing business environment.
It’s also equipped me with a vision of humans across industries and socioeconomic strata. As human beings, you and I each hold a spark within us that is infinitely valuable. My goal for D and D is to help that spark flourish in every person we touch through the spaces and work we provide them.
